Noida Institute of Education and Technology was established in the year 2004 by Chaudhary Ram Chandra Charitable Trust (Society) Noida with the vision of guiding the evaluation methodology keeping in mind the goals and objectives of teacher education.
The teaching profession requires persons with the appropriate aptitude for the job and outlook towards life in general and learning in particular. Given the heterogeneity of the characteristics of the student teachers, the training programs need to be tailored to the characteristics of the student teachers and suitably adapted to their needs and requirements for the situations they would face in the professional sphere.
